Go fly a kite. But first, learn all about them. Pros from Mackinaw Kite Co. will instruct ages 6 to 12 about the history of kites, styles and flying tricks during Ada Township's Kite Day. The event runs 10 to 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at Ada Park. Cost is $5 per child for township residents, $7 for nonresidents. To register, call 676-0520 or e-mail adaparks@ada.mi.us.
